• $75 monthly management free for single family space with lease rates < $1000 per month
• $95 monthly management fee for single family space with lease rates ≥ $1000 per month
• $500 flat fee for new leases signed on vacant space

Full service management includes all of the following:

• Advertising
• Showing your rental space to prospects
• Lease documents and executing leases with your tenants
• Maintenance scheduling
• Collecting rent
• Tenant Background Screening
• NO FEE online rent payment for tenants
• Owner portal to review bill history, delinquency, maintenance requests, and financial data in real time

• No additional management fee for lease renewals. When your tenant renews their lease, we complete the process at no charge to you.
• No additional management fee for maintenance. Whatever maintenance work that may be needed, we will not charge additional fees to schedule through our office.
• No additional fees for advertising.
• No additional management fee for the collection process. If we have to use an attorney for collections, we will not charge additional fees to your legal costs. Attorney fees may apply if eviction and judgement action is needed.
• No monthly management fee is charged while your rental unit is vacant.
